September 11th Activity

On September 12th, the students watched a video called, "September 12th, we knew everything would be alright", then we colored a picture of the flag. We then talked about what it means to be a hero. The students each wrote who a hero is to them which was glued on the bottom of the flag.
Lastly, the students cut out the twin towers and glued them on. This was a fun activity to talk about the importance of heroes and what types of heroes there are in the world to help us!
