Fourth Grade

Welcome to 4th grade and our class website!
We are so excited to have your child in our fourth grade class. Fourth grade is a big transition year for elementary school, there a ton of growth and independence that starts to take place in our kids. My mission is to guide students to a smooth transition as they grow into the best versions of themselves. 

Meet the teacher:
My name is Ms. Burgio, I graduated from The College at Brockport State University with a degree in Inclusive Childhood Education, and am now a dual-certified NYS teacher. I knew I wanted to pursue my passion of teaching when my favorite thing to do outside of school was to tutor and spend time with my many nieces and nephews. 
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors with my family. Summer is our favorite season because we spend every day swimming, hiking, golfing, and camping. Our happy place is Wellesley Island on the St. Lawrence River.
I have found my passion in shaping students to be the best they can be, constantly evolving and progressing toward what God intended for us to be.
